What do I do if I break or loose a retainer lens?
DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE PIECES. Return them to the office to possibly
redeem a warranty. For the fastest response, call or text the office.

What if I have a question before my next appointment?

We pride ourselves on the accessibility all of our GVSS patients have to
our doctors. Contact the office or our doctors at any time.

Will my lenses always be this uncomfortable?
No. You will feel your lenses the most for the first week while your eyes
are open. Each night they will become more and more comfortable. By
the end of the month, most patients’ retainers are so comfortable they
almost forget they have them on.

What do I do if I can not find the solutions in stores?
If you are unable to find the solution you usually use, never pick your

own to try. ALWAYS make sure to contact the office first before trying a
different solution.
